Because most products are made to order, I generally don't accept refunds or exchanges, except in special circumstances. If you would like to return a product due to damage or if you received the wrong item, please email me and I'd be happy to help. If your item qualifies for a refund, just send a photo and a brief description of the issue and, if approved, you can send the item back for a full refund. Please note, you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
